Westminster Seminary California is a confessional Reformed and Presbyterian Seminary in Escondido, CA. WSC was planted in 1980 by Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia), which was founded in 1929 by J. Gresham Machen. WSC exists primarily to train men for pastoral ministry (M.Div) but also offers MA degrees in Historical Theology, Biblical Studies, and Theological Studies.
